Dr. Cary Kaufman has lectured and published numerous articles on many aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer both nationally and internationally. Dr. Kaufman is on the clinical faculty of the University of Washington and is the Medical Director of the Bellingham Breast Center. He is a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, is a journal reviewer for the Journal of Surgical Oncology, and is on the National Ultrasound Faculty of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Kaufman currently serves as the President of the National Consortium of Breast Centers.

Dr. Arnold Baskies is the Chief Medical Officer of the National Cancer Society’s Eastern Regional Division.  He provides medical advice and direction to the ACS and serves as a spokesmen to the public, legislators and the media.  He is also the Chairmen of the New Jersey Governor’s Task Force for Cancer Prevention, Early Detection and Treatment, which oversees the state implementation of the Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan and he is the NJ Chairmen of the Commission on Cancer’s Cancer Liaison Program.  Dr. Baskies a member of numerous medical societies, including the Society of Surgical Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract, and the Eastern Vascular Society. He has an abiding interest in all facets of breast cancer, and is the 1998 recipient of the Silver Chalice Award from the American Cancer Society.
